Glenn Yeager

Yeager Insurance, Inc. was founded by Glenn Yeager out of a desire to provide his customers with an independent friend in the insurance business and that philosophy continues to govern the way we conduct business. Since 1998, Glenn has used his solid industry experience to serve his customers in Hurricane, WV, Milton, WV and surrounding areas of West Virginia.

Brett Cross

Brett completed his Bachelors degree in Business Administration at Marshall University in 2007 and Masters degree in management in 2011. Prior to joining Yeager Insurance and Financial Services he spent 5 years as District Sales Manager.

Donyia Garrison

Donyia is a graduate of Buffalo High School and has spent the last 26 years living in Eleanor. She has worked in the insurance industry for more than 12 years and is a Customer Service Representative in the Personal Lines Department. Donyia enjoys working with clients and her goal is to provide the broadest coverage at the most competitive pricing. Outside the office, Donyia enjoys spending time with her grandson.

Madeline Leslie

Madeline is a licensed agent and Customer Service Representative in the Personal Lines Department. She also holds the designation of a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, She is from Teays Valley, West Virginia and a proud graduate of West Virginia State University. Her goal is to provide the best customer service that our clients have come to expect from their local insurance agency.

Megan Joseph

Megan began her insurance career in 2007 at West Virginia Medical Insurance Agency while attending Marshall University. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, she joined the Mountain State Insurance Agency Team in 2010 as a medical malpractice commercial lines producer. During her time at MSIA, Megan completed her CIC designation and advanced to a team coordinator position with the Oil and Gas Energy Department. August 2015 marks the start of a new journey in Megan’s insurance career; she is excited to return to her hometown of Hurricane to work as the commercial lines department manager at Yeager Insurance. Megan, her husband Brad, daughter Sophie and son Keaton live in Teays Valley and enjoy spending their spare time with family and staying very active in their church.

Taylor Moon

Taylor began her insurance career in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative with Yeager Insurance and Financial Services. While new to the insurance industry, Taylor’s prior experience with Appalachian Electric Power provided training and experience in customer service. She is the newest addition to our professional staff. Taylor is a licensed agent and supports the Commercial Department. She attended the University of Charleston and she stays busy raising her three sons.
